Abstract

Neuroscience is the part of science that describes the study of the central nervous system such as its structures, functions, molecular mechanisms, physiological aspects, and understanding diseases of the nervous system. It is often confused with Neurology, which, in turn, is a specialized area of medicine concerned with the study of disorders and diseases of the nervous system, which involves the diagnosis and treatment of pathological conditions of the central, peripheral, and autonomic nervous systems.
